Runaway..Driver Wanted

Kohan was mad at me so he packed his bags (all toys mind you) and wanted to go to Nanna's house. I told him I would not assist him in his runaway plans. He informed me that he could not drive. So I told he better wait for a driver... no one ever came. So he came in the house and decided he wanted dinner.
And then I open the door to Paiges room and this is what I found :
My little Girl can now stand in her crib. And she was estatic about it. She hasn't even mastered crawling yet. So I had tear apart her crib and lower it so I didn't find her on the ground.
Wonder what tomorrow will bring.

Kids Korral

Poor Kohan doesn't feel well. He had a temp of 102.5 for two days.
He had to get tested for Swine Flu.
Turns out he just has a respitory infection.
He hated this mask and made sure all the nurses knew "no shots for me."
Note: He is since feeling better from this picture being taken.

Paige Feels Fine. She is just a happy girl.
Her nick name from daddy: Paigee the Pooh.
He sings to her, "Paigee the pooh, Paigee the pooh, looking for her pots of hunny..."
Can you see why?

Graduation Day

He has waited seven years for this day.
Two years of a lineman school at Chandler Gilbert.
One year of a pre apprenticeship and four years of a very demanding apprenticeship which consisted of numerous day school, night school, countless rotations that took him all over the state and away from his family - sometimes for days, weeks, even months at a time. Many JPE evaluations, oral and written test that were studied for on my couch with Scott ( another apprentice that became a regular around the Evans household - could probably be considered a member of the Evans Family to some lol) for hours reciting information out of the Linemans Handbook. Many nights of worry about grades and Thousands of stories about lineman work ( trust me you start to understand things like a powergrade after hundreds of these stories) and nodding my head and pretending I am listening 100%.
He waited for May of 2009 to come. This is the day he topped out. This is the day he became a lineman.
We celebrated this event on October 4, 2009 - Brandon James Evans Graduation Day.
I guess you can say he graduated with the highest of honors - APS Apprentice of the Year.
He now has three diplomas/certificates to prove his accomplishment. He officially has his little Lineman card to put in his wallet.
And he could not be any prouder.
And neither can his entire family.
Way to go Boys! You all deserve it!APS CLASS OF 2009
